8. Refund on cancellation strictly depends upon concerned Hotel's cancellation and refund policy

13. The Primary customer in whose name the booking has been made should be above 18 years of age

14. The customer is required to carry a valid ID Proof to be shown at the hotel at the time of check in.

15. No refund will be made once booking is confirmed

16. Cancellation is not allowed in case of natural disaster and calamities

17. No refund in case of break in the journey and deviation from the itinerary, regardless of whatever portions that remain unused in the itinerary

18. Refund will not be made if passengers change hotels and/or services en-route

19. We reserve the right to change the Tour itinerary regarding the extremely inclement weather (such as: Thunderstorm / Typhoon / Black rain etc) and unexpected traffic conditio
